Fla. security guard wanted for attempted murder www.privateofficer.com

Hotel security guard, Shawn Wuertley, 29, is wanted on charges of attempted felony murder, sexual battery and false imprisonment.

The Panama City Beach Police Department says Wuertley was working as a security guard at the Sandpiper Beacon hotel on Panama City Beach.They say around 1:00 a.m. Monday morning Wuertley took an 18-year-old Alabama girl into an unoccupied room and sexually assaulted her.
An altercation followed and Wuertley pushed her off the balcony from at least 5 stories up. The victim is conscious and is being treated for her injuries in the hospital.
Wuertley also has an outstanding warrant in Indiana on a burglary charge.
