Except for A.B. 461.The bill would direct the Department of Natural Resources to "treat an individual as a resident for purposes of determining the person's eligibility for and cost of obtaining a hunting approval" if the individual "is terminally ill and is participating in a hunting-related event sponsored by a charitable organization."
